Shipping method, fees, time and countries

Pixorator delivers orders globally; we offer free shipping to the UK, the USA, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria. The shipping to these countries takes 3-10 days. The shipping fees and time to other countries are estimated based on the destination and the weight of the package. Your package is delivered either to the door or the nearest package agent depending on the size, weight and value. For corporate customers, be aware that the package will be delivered to the nearest agent.

To find out the cost of the delivery, please send the chosen item(s) to the shopping cart and indicate your delivery address. The shipping fee will be calculated automatically.

Your pixel art mosaic kit will be put together within 1-3 work days and shipped from China in partnership with Yanexpress. The tracking code for your package will be sent to you by e-mail. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation after 3 days, we suggest that you check the spam folder in your mailbox.

Upon delivery to an agent, you will be notified via SMS (if you enter your mobile number at checkout) or by email. Your package remains with the post service for 14 days. You have the option to send your goods to a different delivery address than your own. This is ideal if the item is to go as a gift or to a temporary home.

Refunds and reclamations

If the item is damaged or appears to be different from its representation in the online store, customer has the right to return the purchase within 30 days following the receipt of the goods as reported by the delivery service. Upon return, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The goods are to be returned to the following address: Sokolnicza 5 – 30, Wroclaw, Poland, 50-676.
